Connie Morrison, C.H.R.P. 

Connie Morrison is the Principal of Synergy Business Strategies, a Director of Consulting Services in the Private and Public Sectors. She brings over 20 years experience to her role in Labour Relations, Salary and Compensation, Organizational Development and Employee Relations.

 

Connie has obtained her CHRP, the human resources designation widely demanded by leading organizations. The designation recognizes that Ms. Morrison as a Certified Human Resources Professional in Ontario. 

Here are a few of Connie’s accomplishments: 

 

Connie’s ability to work with very diverse groups of people has afforded her opportunity to develop and delivered training on Managing a Multigenerational Workforce. Re-educating businesses on recruiting and retaining talent which is a top priority to survive and thrive in the 21st century.

 

Well known throughout the Southwestern Ontario Division of the Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA) for over 18 years as a volunteer, Connie has assisted clients in implementing and managing Health & Safety and Disability Claims Management programs.

 

Ms. Morrison has assisted in the expansion of Human Resources networking by developing the London Southwestern Ontario Human Resources Group. 

 

Deborah McGee, HR Consultant

Deb has 15 years experience successfully leading, motivating and coaching individuals and teams within the public and private sectors at local and national levels. With a passion to help others achieve their full potential, she has a solid background in Human Resources practices and processes.

Deb has a well rounded background in people development including the planning, implementation and development of performance optimization programs for organizations. Deb has done much of this work onsite with her clients, either in workshop format or on a one-to-one basis. Her expertise in counseling and coaching has been supported by her strength in leading others through the cultural changes required to be successful.

With extensive experience in training and development focused on an adult learning environment, Deb’s work has encompassed individual, group and organizational audiences. As the National Training Lead for a prominent bank, Deb championed the training plans of a nationally adopted business transformation program to successfully meet the needs of 95 contact centres and their support teams.

An accomplished facilitator, Deb has developed and delivered multiple workshops at conferences and businesses across North America. Throughout her career, Deb has been actively involved in career coaching and is a certified interviewer. Deb excels at leading, supporting and developing others to succeed.

Deb lives in London with her husband, and enjoys spending time with her family. As a certified fitness instructor, Deb is actively involved in the fitness community.

Doreen Myers

Doreen is the founder of Myers Hamilton and Associates, an organization that provides customized human resource training and organizational development solutions.

Doreen has over twenty-five years experience in Human Resource and Organizational Development gained at organizations such as Dow Corning, Honeywell and Moen® in both Canada and the US. Her activities at these organizations included strategic planning and restructuring to address changing business requirements, development of performance management and reward systems, health and safety, recruitment and training.

An experienced Change Agent, she successfully led an initiative to implement a team culture in a traditional manufacturing environment involving 3500 employees across 13 US and Canadian sites.

Since founding Myers Hamilton & Associates, Doreen has worked with both public and private sector organizations ranging from manufacturing to high tech and retail. Certified in the use of Human Synergistics® and Development Dimensions International® training materials, she specializes in leadership assessment, change management and customer service programs.

In addition, she conducts Project Management and Leadership training through Conestoga College, Corporate Training department.

Doreen serves on the Executive Committee of the Stratford and District Human Resource Association. A past Director of the Bruce Grey Huron Perth Georgian Triangle Training Board, she is also a past member of the London Area Automotive Best Practices Health and Safety Committee.
